GOLD HILL DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Charter of the City of
Gold Hill, Oregon, be amended
by adding thereto Chapter Six,
Section 22 to read aa follows:
The City Council of the City of
Gold Hill Is authorized to con
struct a water ouriflcation niant.

water revenues of the City and
to' bear not exceeding six per
cent interest and to be payable

lection of water revenues to the
city and ad valorem taxes each
year in addition to other taxes
