Salem-IUPII-The report of a
plane seen "dipping" In the
Silverton area near here last
month was ruled out Thursday
as the light aircraft missing
since Jan. 30 on a trip from
Portland to Pasco, Wash.
A California couple, Ralph
Brown, 43, San Leandro, and
his wife, Dorothy, was aboard
the missing plane.

betical order, Dr. Haines said,

to check thousands of names
to find one. By consulting the
alphabetical index of all the
people appearing in the cen
sus it will also indicate where
