Lester Farnham
A Canadian wrote Medford
police this week seeking the
whereabouts of a man by the
name of Lestern Farnham,
whom, it is believed, can help
him find his sister.
Glenn Doyle of Kingston,
Ontario, told police that the
last time his sister was ever
heard of or from was in 1943.
In 1956, Doyle said he insti
tuted a search for her but so
far it has been unsuccessful.
Recently, he told police, he
heard that a man named Les
ter Farnham, believed to be
living in Medford, might
know the whereabouts of his
sister. However, neither
Doyle, nor police have been
able to locate the man.
Anyone knowing the where
abouts of a Lester Farnham
is requested to contact city
police. Another possible spell
ing of the last name is Far-
nam, according to Doyle.
Howard Morgan Plans

Salem - IUPD - Howard Mor
gan, newly appointed federal
power commissioner, says he
plans to return to Washing
ton, D.C. in a couple of weeks
for a Senate hearing on his
confirmation to the FPC.
Morgan said White House
aides informed him that Paul
Sweeney, the man he was
named to replace, had been
reappointed by President Eis
enhower. Sweeney will hold
the job until Morgan's con
firmation. NERVE FIBERS
