as plaintiff's attorneys' fee herein,

herein to be taxed, due and owing
on said contract, Exhibit "A" at
tached to the original complaint on
file herein, specifically referred to
hereby and by this reference made

tiff, upon entry of said decree, be
permitted to go into possession of
