QUEEN BRUISED Queen Elizabeth is watched bv the
Lord Provost J. T. Young of Perth moments after she cut
the tape to open a new bridge which carries traffic oyer
the River Tay. During the ceremony it was noticed that she
appeared to have bruises on the lower part of her right leg
(arrow). The injuries did not seem to .bother the Queen,
who was walking without a limp. When asked about the
injuries, a spokesman of the Scottish Information office said:
"Anyone who has been stalking deer on the Scottish moors
and in the Highlands for two months will probably get a
bruise or two. , (UPI Telephoto)
