1 package Swans Diwn White Cake Mil.
2 squares Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate,
coarsely grated
2 envelopes (4-oz. package)
Dream Whip Dessert Tapping Mil
1 Va cups (about) Baker's Angel Flake
Coconut
Prepare cake mix as directed on pack
age. Fold grated chocolate into batter.
Bake in two round 9-inch layer pans
as directed.
Split cooled layers horizontally. Pre
pare Dream Whip as directed on pack
age. Fold in 1 cup of coconut and
spread between the four layers and on
top of cake. Spread Encore Chocolate

ENCORE Chocolate Frosting

2 squares Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sifted
confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
1 egg yolk, unbeaten
3 tablespoons soft butter
Melt chocolate, remove from heat, and
place in a small bowl. Add sugar and
water both at once; blend well. Beat in
egg yolk. Add butter, a tablespoon at
a time, beating thoroughly after each
addition. Makes about 1 cup.
