VOICE RETURNS-Ati ordinary telephone conversation is
no thrill to most people, but to Louis DeCecchi it is a won
derful thing. DeCecchi, a bricklayer, fell from a scaffold
20 years ago, permanently injuring his right leg and losing
use of his voice. For years he prayed in silence that his
voice would return-and one day last month it did. Medical
men say the speech loss apparently was from shock.

Southern Pacific railroad

to combine its City of San
Francisco and Overland trains

Ogden, Utah, Sept. 25.
