will be called at the retrial
of Carole Trigoff, 23, and Dr.
R. Bernard Finch on charges
of murdering the wealthy
physician's wife, it was learn
ed today.
The disclosure came as Miss

Bringgold. took his turn at
trying to shake the "murder

The defendants claim they
hired him only to gather di
vorce evidence against Mrs.
Finch. To this end Finch's
attorney, Grant Cooper, tried

er and the judge, Cooper ap
