Mr. and Mrs. Noel Erskine (Alena Huson) entertained the GTC club members and their husbands at break
fast Saturday morning at their home on Kings highway. The breakfast menu of fruit, baked eggs, ham, bis
cuits and coffee was spiced with lots of talk as the women and their husbands reminisced about times gont
by ond learned of recent events in inch household. The club has a three volume scrapbook with reports of the
annual gel-together. Reports on members, children and grandchildren and pictures taken every year are in
cluded in the book.

look part In the week ond reunion activities, with only one member unable to attend. Following the barbecue the group went to
iie Wolff home for a Saturday evening parly. Sunday morning they attended church, and in the afternoon a picnic was held in

Mr. and Mrs. Victor Milnes, 15 North Groveland
avenue, are pictured following a ceremony in
Fern Dell at lake of the Woods last Sunday dur
ing which the couple re-pledged their marriage
vows. Officiating for the anniversary ceremony
was the Rev. George R. V. Bolster, St. Mark's
Episcopal church. A reception for more than 100
guests followed in the resort lodge. Mr. and Mrs.
Milnes, married June 23, 1935, in First Methodist
church, Medford
spent their honey
m o o n at lake
of the Woods and
have also been at
the lake for every
anniversary since.
During the reception
Mr. and Mrs. Milnes
drank a toast from
a silver "marriage
cup" (see Inset)
which was a gift
from their son,
Gregory and daugh
ter, Vickl. The cup
actually two hinged
together, are copies
of those used cen
turies ago and are
coming into favor
, again.
