As evehy photographer knows, babies make
the best subjects in the world. They are
always unaffected, usually relaxed, and what
ever their mood, they can be relied on f in
completely spontaneous responses.
With this in mind, famed baby photographer
Constance Bannister often aims her camera
and her sense of fun at little ones. As these
photos show, the results couldn't be more
natural or more delightful. And they are all so

It was not physical fear, of course,
that had kept Dave Smith from
calling on the Catholic priest. Just
