Notice hereby is given that pro
ducers of fryers or broilers in Ore
gon must register with the State
Department of Agriculture bv Feb
ruary 23. 1960. to qualify for vot
ing in a producer referendum to be
held thereafter on: "decreasing the
maximum permissible assessment
by the Oregon Fryer Commission
under ORS 576.325 to zero percent
of the average unit price of said
commodity".
Registration forms are being
mailed to all producers for whom
production has been reported and
assessments paid to the Oregon
Fryer Commission during the past
year. Any person now producing
fryers or broilers who does not re
ceive a registration form by Feb
ruary 1 may obtain one from the
Division of Market Development,
State Department of Agriculture,
Salem, Oregon, for filing with that
office not later than February 23,
1960.
