THAT at the school district bond
election hereby called to be held
at the following polling places, tc

nasium building in the city of Gold
Hill, Oregon; in the auditorium at
the Sams Valley scnooi, ana in tne
Junior High School gymnasium
building in the city of Central

of February. A.D.. 1960. between
the hours of 2 P.M. and 8 P.M.
Standard Oreeon Time, there will
be submitted to the legal voters of
said district, the question of con
tracting a bonded indebtedness in
the sum of Two Hundred Ninety-
Five Thousand Dollars S29o,000)
for the purpose of providing funds
with which to construct, to recon
struct, to equip and furnish the
following additions and alterations
to buildings in and for said school
district: (1) a multipurpose room
and a four classroom addition to
the Patrick School in Gold Hill:
(2) an eight classroom addition to
the Jewett School in Central Point:
(3) a one room addition to the Jun
ior High School in Central Point,
said room to be for library purpos
es, and alterations to the existing
library room to make it into a
cafeteria, in and for said school
district.
The vote on said question shall
be by ballot, upon which shall be
the words "Bonds Yes" and
"Bonds No": and the voter
shall place a cross (X) between the
word "Bonds" and the word "Yes",
or between the words "Bonds" and
the word "No", whichever indicates
his choice.
For the purpose of said election
the District School Board provides
for election precincts in said school
district, and said School District
No. 6C shall be divided into three
precincts, one of which shall con
sist of all that part of said district
lying and being within election
precincts numbered 76 (Rogue Riv
er), 78 (Gold Hill north). 79 (Gold
Hill south), 80 (Foots Creek) and 89
(Gold Hill) as established by order
of the County Court of Jackson
County, Oregon, as election pre
cincts for general elections, and
ail legal voters of said school dis
trict residing within said general
election precincts shall vote at said
election in the elementary school
gymnasium building in the city of
Gold Hill. Oregon; the second of
said election precincts of said
school district consists of all that
part of said school district lying
and being within the election pre
cincts, numbered 24 (Trail), 25
(Shady Cove), 74 (Sams Valley),
and 75 (Wimer). as established by
order of the County Court of Jack
son County, Oregon, as election
precincts for general elections and
all legal school voters of said school
district residing within said general
election precincts shall vote at said
election in the auditorium at the
Sams Valley Elementary School;
and the third of said election pre
cincts of said school district con
sists of all that part of said school
district lying and being witnin
election precincts numbered 69
(Central Point west). 70 (Central
Point northeast), 70-A (Central
Point northeast!. 71 (Central Point
southeast), 71-B (Central- Point
southwest). 71-A (Central Point
southwest). 72 (Willow Springs),

established by order of the County
Court of Jackson County, Oregon,
as election precincts for general
elections, and all legal voters of
said school district residing within
said general election precincts shall
vote at said election at the Junior
High Scshool gymnasium building,
in the city of Central Point, Ore
gon. The polls for the reception of the
ballots cast for or against the con
traction of said indebtedness will,
on said day and date, and at the
places aforesaid, be opened at the
hour of 2 P.M., Standard Oregon
Time, and -will remain open until
the hour of 8 P.M., Standard Ore
gon Time, of tne same day, at
which hour the polls shall be
