Beginning at the northwest cor
ner of lot 6, of Champlin Sub
division in section 26, township
38 south, range 4 west of the
., Willamette Meridian. Jackson
County, Oregon; thence north
easterly along the northerly line
of said lot 6, a distance of 145.6
feet; thence south 0'25' west, a
distance of 913.75 feet, more or

lot 6; thence west. 128.35 feet to
the southwest corner of said lot 6;
. , thence north along the west line
of lot 6. a distance of 860.5 feet to
the point of beginning. ALSO, be
ginning at the northeast corner
of lot 5, of said Champlin Sub

along the northwesterly line of
lot 5, a distance of 59 feet;
thence south 2349' east, a dis
tance of 133.63 feet to a point on
the line between lots 5 and 6 of
said Champlin Subdivision; thence
north, 145.7 feet to the point of
beginning.
That each and all of the claims
that may be made on the part of
any or all of said defendants here
in, in or to said real property here
in described, or any part thereof,
be adjudged and declared to be
null, and void, and that plaintiff
herein be decreed to be the owner
in 'fee simple of said real property,
free and clear of all right, or claim
whatsoever on the part of said de
fendants, or any of them; that each
and .all of the defendants herein,
and each and all of the persons
claiming, or to claim, by, through
or under them, or any of them, be
forever enjoined, restrained and
barred from asserting, attempting
to establish, or claiming any right,
title, estate, lien or interest what
soever in, to or upon said real prop
erty, or any part or parcel thereof,
and that the plaintiffs' title to said
property be forever quieted ar.d
set at rest and be adjudged and
decreed to be superior to that of
the defendants or any of them.

on an area embracing 237 acres,

In the Rogue River National For
est. Jackson County, Oregon. The
estimated volumes are: 1,140 M
board feet of Douglas-fir, 80 M
board feet of all species of pine.
580 M board feet of white fir and
other species. The minimum ac
ceptable bid per M board feet is. as
follows: Douglas-fir $36.05.- all
species of pine $26.15, white fir and
other species $12.75. This includes
the following rates, per M board
feet for stumpage (including depos
it for sale area betterment): Douglas-fir
$29.65. all species of pine
$19.73, white fir and other species
S6.35. and $6.40 for slash disposal
for all species. In addition there is
within the sale area an unestima-
ted volume of Douglas-fir logs ana
