and declaring any and all such
claims null and void and decreeing
that the said plaintiffs are the
owners, in fee simple, of the said
premises and the whole thereof,
free and clear of any and all right,
title, lien, estate or interest of said
defendants or any of them, and
that each and all of the defendants
herein, and each and all persons
claiming, or to claim, by, through,
or under them, or any of them, be
forever enjoined, restrained and
barred from asserting, attempting
to establish or claiming any right,
title, estate, lien or interest in or
to said property, or any portion
thereof, and that plaintiffs' title to
said premises be rorever quieted
and set at rest.
The date of the Order for the
publication of this Summons is
December 14th. 1939. The time
prescribed for publication of this
summons is once each week for
four consecutive weeks. The date

Circuit Court of the State of Ore
gon for Jackson County, to me
directed, and dated the 21st day
of December. 1959. in a certain suit
therein wherein Paul B. Rynning.
Trustee, as Plaintiff, recovered
judgment and decree against Henry
R. Bvers and Edith W. Byers, the
Defendants therein, for the sum
of S8.000.00, together with interest
thereon at the rate of 6C", per
annum from the 1st day of Sep
tember, 1959. together with the
further sum of S545.00 as attorney's
fees on his first cause of suit, and
the further sum of S25.861.81. to
gether with interest thereon at the
rate of 6Tc per annum from the
23rd day of June. 1959. until paid,
together with the further sum
of Sl.250.00 as attorney's fees on
his second cause of suit, together
with costs and disbursements in the
sum of $23.85. which judgment and
decree was enrolled and docketed
in the office of the Clerk of said
Court on the 18th day of Septem
ber. 1959.
