Inland Empire Bank whose re
quest to establish a branch
bank at Perldlefori was turned
down by the state superin
tendent, J. F. M. Slade. But
Slade told the banking Board
that Inland's, request was
turned down because it was
filed later than that of Port
land Trust. .
Slade, said that, Portland
Trust filed July, 27 and that
Inland's application1 was riot
received until Aug.. 5. He said
the law required him to ac
cept the first application.

order. She charged that the doctor

ments, which he was allegedly
unqualified to give.
.However, Dr. -Coleman de
nied that he used sodium peri

and said he did not engage in
'ideep psychotherapy."
