Notice is given hereby that Law
rence Dunshee has filed an appli
cation for the approval of a change
in point of diversion of water from
Little Applegate River.
In the Rogue River adjudication
proceedings a water right was
established in the name of Harley
Hall and Ernest Foreman for the
irrigation of 7 acres in NW
NE', Sec. 24. T. 39 S- R. 3 W,
V.' M., with a date of priority of
1871. thru the Reynolds ditch from
Little Applegate River. The point
of diversion of the Reynolds ditch
is located 718 ft. N. and 440 ft. W.
from the EU corner of said Sec.
24. being within the SE'iNE'i.
said Sec. 24. T. 39 S, R. 3 W W.M.
The applicant herein, owner of
the land above described, pro
poses to irrigate said land by means
of a pumping plant, the point of
diversion of said pumping plant to
be located 480 ft. S. and 1460 ft. W.
from the NE corner of Sec. 24,
being within the NW',4 NE'Ii. said
Sec. 24. T. 39 S.. R 3 W, WX
All persons interested are noti
fied hereby that a bearing will be
held at the county courthouse in
Medford, Ore., on Oct. 7, 1959. be
ginning at 10:00 A.M. All objec
tions to the proposed change, if
any there are, will be heard at
said time and place. Any objec
tions shall be prepared in writing,
one copy to be served on Lawrence
Dunshee. Rt. 2, Box 21, Jackson
ville, Ore, and one copy filed with
the State Engineer, Salem. Ore,
together with a $2 filing fee, at
least 10 days prior to the date set
for bearing. If no objections are
filed, the application may be ap
