SHADOW BUFF
Nat Bradford
Hang a sheet or tablecloth as a screen in a dark room.
"It" sits in front of it on a low stool. At some distance
behind him place a lighted candle or flashlight. The
players pass one by one behind "It," throwing their
shadows on the screen. "It" has to guess who each one
is. Each player makes faces and disguises his height and
walk. The one guessed has to pay a forfeit!

Ann Davidow
If you'd like to sketch a
swallow,
Here's a plan for you to
follow.
Draw his graceful wings
outspread,
As when he's gliding
overhead,
And his forking swallowtail
By.which you'll know him
without fail.
