Phoenixville, Pa., was found
fatally stabbed in his down
town motel room. He had been
knifed once in the chest and
four times in the bactc.

Two Sharks Seen

was convicted in 1956 of im
porting and concealing nar
cotics and was sentenced to

been arrested at San Clem
nte, Calif., in 1955 by immi
gration officers who said they
found heroin and marijuana
in his car.
Cervantes did his studying
ft McNeil Island penitentiary,
Wash., and won his new trial
on grounds the government
failed t& show .the alleged
contraband was seized legally.
Under the ruling " granting
him a retrial, the government
must bring a witness from
JBellingham, Wash., subpoena

previously waived.
