Overnight Camp
For Yagon Train

Rock, located some 60 miles
west of. Casper, Wednesday
became the site for an over
night camp of the Oregon cov
ered wagon train.
For the past three days the
train of seven wagons has
been crossing the Sanford Cat
tle Company ranch, a holding
- of nearly 500,000 acres on
which 5,000 head of cattle are
grazed.

when he discovered the near
est telephone was 17 miles

Dinner and Dance
The Centennial wagon train
personnel were treated to a
chuck wagon style chicken
dinner Wednesday evening by
the Sweetwater Homemakers
club. The club consists of a
group of ranch wives living
in an area some 100 square
milM around the famous rock.

Cougar Dam Job

build Cougar Dam on the
South Fork McKenzie River,
