What a GRAND TRIPI The winning couple will be brought to Portland and headquartered at the
Multnomah Hotel May 15. At 6:30 P.M. we will have a cocktail party and Luau dinner for the
departing couples at the Multnomah. At this time we will invite Pan American Airways and the
"Hawaiian Village Hotel" to show movies of the islands, lend a hand in decorating the room in
Hawaiian decor and we will provide a Hawaiian trio, and hula dancer for entertainment. Fresh
lels will be provided each couple at this party. At 11:50 P.M. they will board their Pan American
Clipper, arriving in Honolulu at 7:30 A.M. the next morning. May 16. They will remain at the
"Hawaiian Village Hotel" through May 20. At approximately 7:00 P.M. May 21 each couple will
board the Pan American Clipper for the return trip to the nearest airport to their home.
All couples will have twin bed rooms while staying at the Hawaiian Village.
