ate proceedings to vacate the fol
lowing described portion of Clark
Street within the City of Medford
as the same is designated and de
lineated on the official plat thereof
of record, to-wit:
Clark Street between Cedar Street
and a point on the Easterly line
of the Southern Pacific right of
way. being a point approximately
330 feet West of the Easterly line
of Central Avenue in the City
of Medford. Oregon,
and did provide for a public hear
ing to be held at the hour of 7:30
o'clock PM, on the 2nd day of
