they're probably relished most by teen-agers, who have
the exuberant enthusiasm and natural stamina to get the
most out of them. Here a group of young Hoosiers enjoy a
carefree day at the sand dunes near Michigan City, Ind, Their
unrehearsed activities run the gamut from horseplay in the
water to music, singing, dancing, and, of course, eating. At day's
end, the youngsters relax around a crackling fire or take a
leisurely canoe trip in the gathering dusk. ;
With its shifting sand hills and miles of wide beach, the Lake
Michigan shore of northern Indiana is widely known as one
of the few remaining places where the beauty of natural
