shall be subject to entry only
through permit to be issued by the
forester or fire warden. Pursuant
to ORS 477.158. the forester may
during periods of fire hazard con
ditions, refuse, postpone or re
strict issuance of such permits
when necessary to prevent danger
to life or property. The permit
shall require the entrant to:
tl) Refrain from smoking ex
cept in places designated as
safe in said permit.
(2) Build no open fires except
in places designated as safe
in said permit.
(3) Have as equipment when
using campfires. except
when traveling' as a pedes
trian or camping at im
proved, designated and post
campgrounds, tools specified
by the forester as suitable
for extinguishing fires

fective from and after the 12th
