By His Patrons
Chicago (UPI) A post
man who has been ringing
iwice for 35ears in the same
neighborhood had his work
interrupted by a delegation
of his patrons who presented
him with S3 00.
Walter S. Dennis was deliv
ering mail to Mr. and Mrs.
William R. Woodcock when
they asked him to step in for
coffee. Once inside, a dozen
women representing 250 fami
lies presented him with the
money.
Mrs. Woodcock said Wally
q is a real good friend "who has
done more kindnesses than
anybody can count."

Michigan Offers
Mobile Curriculum
East Lansing, Mich.
(UPI) The nation's first un
iversity curriculum in mobile
homes, started this year un
der a grant from the indust
ry's two national organiza
tions, is expected to triple in
enrollment by next year.'
A half-dozen pioneer stu
dents are enrolled in the be
ginning curriculum at Michi
gan State university, and uni
versity officials said they ex
pect about 20 students in the
course next year.
The course is spread equal
ly over the three major fields
available manufacture,
marketing and mobile home
park management.
Donald A. Hill, who heads
the new curriculum, said a
sharp increase in mobile
home sales in recent yars
emphasld the need for spec
ialists in the field.

and the bees. '

Shaw was called to investi
gate complaints that oub man
had 100 pigeons in a garage
loft, and that another had
"threebushels" of bees in
two hives, all within the vil
lage, m
Shaw made a survey and
found that more persons
thought the pigeons were
pretty rather than obnoxious
and that the bees were too
busy guarding their summer

ble. Only one nosy dog . had
been stung.
