public auction for cash to the high

a triangle off of the Southwest
corner of the following describ

County; Oregon, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southwest Cor
ner ot the Southeast Quarter of
Section 17, Township 38 South,
of Range 1 West of the W.M..
in Jackson County. Oregon:
thence North, on the west line of
said Southeast Quarter. 1320 feet
to the Northwest corner of the
Southwest Quarter of the South
east Quarter of said section:
thence East on the north line
ot the Southwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter, to the west
erly line of the Coleman Creelc
County Road: thence southerly
along the westerly line of said
road to the south line of said
Section 17; thence West along

SCHOOL MEETING of said school
district has been called and will
be held at Schoolhouse within said
school district on the 30th dty o
April, 1958. from 2:00 o'clock P.M.
until 8:00 o'clock P.M.. for the fol
lowing purpose:
To vote upon the question of the
consolidation of the followinc
named school districts: District
No 89. Shady Cove with District
No 9. Eagle Point. It is mutually
understood and agreed that each
district is to pay the same millage
of tax levy to retire any outstand
ing indebtedness of either district
outstanding at the time of the con
solidation, as provided in O.R.S.
330.250.
