WHEREAS the City of Medford has
heretofore caused a water main in

Black Oak Drive from Barnett Road
to Juanipero Way and on Juanipero
Way from Black Oak Drive (North)
to Black Oak Drive (South) and on
Black Oak Drive from Juanipero
Way to Argonne Avenue and the
Council being of the opinion that
said water main may be used bv the
property fronting on that portion of
said main on Black Oak Drive from
Barnett Road to Juanipero Wav and
on Juanipero Way from Black Oak

(South) and on Black Oak Drive from

the City of Medford, Oregon, and
WHEREAS said water main has not,
as yet, been paid for and it appear
ing to the Council that the use of

main by said property last above
mentioned will not materially inter
fere with the use thereof for the pur
pose for which it was originally laid,
now therefore.
-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUN
CIL OF THE CITY OF MEDFORD,
OREGON
Section 1. That It Is the opinion of
the Council that that part of the
aforementioned water main, laid in
the City of Medford described as
follows: to-wit:
As laid on Black Oak Drive from

Section 2. It is the intention of the
Council to assess the property front

of such size as would be required to
