styled matter, the undersigned, as
guardian of the person and estate of
William S. Kee, will sell at private
sale and for cash, the following de
scribed property: Beginning at a point
which is 1 08 feet east and 55 feet
south of the southwest corner of Lot
2 of the Galey Addition to the City
of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon,
according to the official plat thereof,
now of record; thence east 100 ft.;
thence south 55 feet; thence west 100
feet: thence north 55 feet to the point
of beginning. That the terms of said
sale shall be for cash and shall be
subject to confirmation by said Court.
That the sale of said property shall
begin on the 11th day of Sept.. 1957, at
10:00 a.m., which shall not be less than
one week after the last publication of
