Richard Reinnagel, veteran
missile engineer at Cornell Aero
nautical Laboratory, notes there
is one important difference be
tween missiles and aircraft that
makes . missile development
many times more complicated.
That is that human intelligence
can be used to make corrections,
replacements or, equipment ad
justments on aircraft.
With a missile, he said, the ,

given 30 day suspended jail 1
sentence for assault and battery
