The body of Hugh Franklin Wil
son, 33. town marshal of this
Umatilla county community, was
found Saturday beside his wreck
ed automobile on the highway
about a mile east of here.
Police said he apparently died
of injuries suffered in the acci
dent which took place sometime
Friday night.
Robert Webb, a mail driver,
discovered the body. Wilson had
been marshal of Long Creek for
six weeks. He formerly lived
in West Linn.

all registered voters of the said City
shall have an opportunity to be heard
