all state laws pertaining to the quali
fications of bidders, and particularly
Oregon Revised Statutes 279.008 to
279 342 inclusive.
Lch proposal shall he made out
on a Bid Form contained in the con
tract documents and shall be accom
panied by a certified check or bid
bond made payable to the Oregon
State Game Commission of the State
of Oregon in an amount not less than
ten per cent (10To) of the total amount
of the proposal.
The Oregon State Game Commission
reserves the right to reject any or all
bids.
No bidder may withdraw his bid
after the hour set for the opening un
less said award is delayed for a period
exceeding 30 days.
