    Wolf Coach
Scorns Offer
Of Hypnotist
Ktno U.Pj The winless
University of Nevada, football
team Saturday scorned the offer
of a San Francisco hypnotist to
put a snarl in the Wolfpack Tvith
his best Svengali technique.
Nevada Coach " Gordon Mc
Eachron said he got. a telegram
from hypnotist Arthur Ellen
makieg the offer, but merely
put it on the bulletin board in
stead of answering it'
Ellen offered to put tiie grid
ders into a trance and give them
a pep talk before they meet
Humboldt State in their last
game, a
"The telegram didn't say
whether he planned to hypno
tize my players or Humboldt
State's," the coach said.
"As far as we're concernefl, we
are losing games because we've
got a green ball club," the Ne
vada coach said.
Nevada ttas lost five and tied
one this season.
"If Ellen can-do any good for
anybody, why doesn't he work
oa the San Frmncisco Forty
Ninen. I imagine also that.
Terry Brennan, Notre Dame, or
Tommy Mont Maryland, could
use help but 'what they need
most is ball players," McEach
ron said.
