pressure area moved northward
through the Bahamas off the
Florida coast today, but weath
ermen said it apparently doesn't
have the stuff to become a tropi
cal storm.
"Only a slight increase In in

mander of the armies of the late
Benito Mussolini, died today of
a heart ailment.
Badoglio, who was 85, left his
villa in Rome for this small
northern village which bears his
name early in August to recover
from ah attack of influenza. He
showed signs of improvement
but suffered a' heart attack on
