Circuit Court of the state of Oregon, for Jackson County, an application for the foreclosure of
tne lien of all taxes shown on the Jackson County Tax Foreclosure List for the year 19o6 here
inafter set forth in full, and that the plaintiff will apply to the court for judgment and decree
foreclosing such tax liens and cancelling all certificates of registration where such property is
under a registration of title certificate, and for such other relief as may be just and equitable in
the "premises, not less than 30 days from the date of the first publication of this notice, exclusive
of the day of the first publication, and any and all persons interested in any of the real prop
erty included in said foreclosure list are hereby required to file an answer and defense if any
there be to such application for judgment and decree within 30 days from the date of the first
publication of this notice, exclusive of the day of the first publication, which date is the 21st
day of June, 1956.
This notice is published by authority of an order of the County Court of the State of Oregon,
for Jackson County, in the Medford Mail Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation pub
lished in said county and designated in said order of the County Court as the newspaper in
which said notice is to be published, said order being dated June 11th, 1956;

owners, as tenants in common, subject
only to the rights of the United States
of America, of the iollowing described
mining premises, located in Jackson
County, Oregon, to-wit;
That certain mining claim known
as the "Lucky Boy" mine, located
by Richard W. Swacker, other
wise known as W. Richard Swack
er. otherwise known as W. R.
Swacker. otherwise known as
Richard Swacker, on the 10th day '
of September. 1921, and relocated
and amended by W. A. Darling,
C. J. Howe and Erie C. Annes, Sr..
as tenants in common, on the 21st
day of March, 1956, and more
particularly described as follows,
to-wit: Beginning at Corner No. 1
(the S.W. comer), which is 737.1
feet West and 300 feet South from
the Center or Point of Discovery,
said Center or Point of Discovery
being 900.0 feet North and 469.3
feet West from the South One
Quarter Corner, (S. Cor.) of
Section 27. Township 36 South,
Range 4 West of the Willamette
Meridian, Jackson County, Ore
gon; running thence East 1500.0
feet to a point on the East line
of Lot 14, Section 27, Township 38
South. Range 4 West of the Wil
lamette Meridian, to Corner No. 2
(the S.E. comer), thence North
along the East line of said Lot 14,
300 feet to the East End Center
of said Lode Claim; thence North
along said East line of said Lot
14, 300 feet to Corner No. 3 (the
N.E. comer), thence West 1500.0
feet to Corner No. 4 (the N.W.
' comer), thence South 300 feet to
'the West End Center; thence
South 300 feet to Comer No. 1
(the S.W. corner), or Point of
Beginning. This claim shall be
known as the "Lucky Boy" Lode
Claim, and is located in Lot 14
and in the SD'.i of Section 27,
Township 36 South. Range 4 West .
of the Willamette Meridian, Jack- -son
County, Oregon, and contains ,
20.0 acres, more or less;
and further decreeing that you, end
each of you, the said above named
Defendants, have no right, title, estate,
lien or interest adverse to the. Plain
tiffs in or to said property, or any
part thereof; and further decreeing
that you. and each of you, are for
ever' barred and enjoined from assert
ing any right, title, estate, lien or
interest in or to said premises above
described, or any part thereof, ad
verse to the Plaintiffs herein.
This summons - is published by
order of the Honorable H. K. Hanna,
Judge of the Circuit Court of the
State of Oregon for Jackson County,
made and entered of record on the
3rd day of July, 1956, directing Pub
lication once each week for four (4)
consecutive weeks in the Medford
Mail Tribune: date of first publication
is the 5th day of July. 1956, and the
date of last publication is the 26th
day of July, 1956; the last day in
which you have to plead or otherwise
