Section 1. That it is the intention
of the Council to cause to be con
structed paving, curtis and drive
ways on Fairmount Street from Sum
mit Avenue to the east end of the
present dedicated street in accord
ance with the plans and steciti ca
tions on file in the office of the City

cations reference is hereby made for
details and estimated costs thereof,
and to assess upon each lot. or part
