COUNTY OF JACKSON, )
We the undersigned, County Budget Committee for Jackson
County, Oregon, do hereby certify that the above is a true, fair
and complete estimate of the probable expenses of said County
for the ensuing year and probable receipts from sources other than
direct taxation upon real and personal property in its jurisdiction
during the ensuing year, and an estimate of the probable unap
portioned and unexpended balance in the various funds as of the
last day of the fiscal year.
We further certify that the estimate of expenses of the various
institutions of the County, of the amount required for public en
terprises, roads, bridges, etc., and all other expenses of the County
as therein set out is just and based upon a careful study of the
expenses of the County during the past three and one-half years,
and a thorough examination of its probable needs during the year
for which such estimate is made. That each and every item herein
is believed to be necessary for the proper transaction of the busi
ness of the County, the protection of its property and interests and
for the public welfare. That every expense estimated is in accord
ance with the law, and is a legitimate charge against the County.
