cent over a year ago with a total
of 5950 students. It was the high
est winter term enrollment at
the school since 1950, according
to the registrar's, off ice. Biggest
school increases were in educa
tion and engineering.-

Rogue Soil Conservation District will
hold the Annual Meeting and election
on Thursday, February 2 at 8:00 P.M.
in the Central Point Grange Hall. An
annual report of the district will be
given and two supervisors will be
elected to fill the positions now held
by Don Minear of Medford and Har
lan Cantrall of Jacksonville.
The elected supervisor's term of of
fice will be for four (4) years.
