a warm-up exercise for several

place; stretching exercise for
neck and lower neck, adbominal
toning exercise such as slow leg
raising from a prone position,
and arm and shoulder exercise
such as pushups.

moner made the interesting sug
gestion that disease may at times

metric or left-handed thread.
