lic hearing will be held by and before
the council of the City of Medford at
the hour of 7:30 o'clock- p.m.. October
18, 1955 at the Council Chamber in
the City Hall of the City of Medford.
upon the question of annexation to the
City of Medford of territory in Jack
son County, Oregon, contiguous to the
City of Medford and described as fol
lows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Intersection of
the center line of Keene Drive
with the center ilne of Groveland
Avenue (formerly Walden Circle);
thence along said center line of.
Groveland Avenue (formerly
Walden Circle) and that portion
of Walden Circle (now vacated) as
follows: 301.15 feet on an arc left
(which arc has a radius of 318.55
feet and a long chord of South,
43 18' 50" East 290.06 feet);
thence South 70' 23' 50" East
66.75 feet; thence. 25.22 feet on
an arc left (which arc has a ra
dius of 503.50 feet and a long
chord of South 71 49' 50" East

10" East at right angles to said
