owning or claiming to own, having or claiming to have, any
interest in the property included and described in the foreclosure
list herein set forth, and being the Jackson County Delinquent Tax
Foreclosure List for the year 1955.
YOU ARE HEREBY REQUIRED TO TAKE NOTICE, that the
plaintiff herein has filed in the Circuit Court of the State of
Oregon for Jackson County, an application for the foreclosure
of the lien of all taxes shown on the Jackson County Tax Fore
closure List for the year 1955, hereinafter set forth in full, and
that the plaintiff will apply to the court for judgment and decree
foreclosing such tax liens and cancelling all certificates of registra
tion where such property is under a registration of title certificate,
and for such other relief as may be just and equitable in the
premises, not less than 30 days from the date of the first publication
of this notice, exclusive of the day of the first publication, and
any and all persons interested in any of the real property included
in said foreclosure list are hereby required to file an answer and
defense, if any there be, to such application for judgment and
decree within 30 days from the date of the first publication of
this notice, exclusive of the day of the first publication, which
date is the 1st day of July, 1955.
This notice is published by authority of an order of the County
Court of the State of Oregon, for Jackson County, in the Medford
Mail Trihnnp a newsDarer of general circulation published in
said county and designated in said order of the County Court as
the newspaper in which said notice is to be published, said order

Section 1. WHEREAS, the City.
Council did heretofore by Ordinance
declare its intention to construct a
sanitary sewer line on East Jackson
street irom an existing mannoie op
posite the north and south Alley ot
Block 12, Laurelhurst Addition to the
Citv of Medford, Oregon, to Barne
burg Road in the City of Medford,
Oreeon: and to assess the cost thereof
upon each lot or part thereof adjacent
to and Deneiitea Dy sucn improve
ment its Drooortionate share of the
cost ot said improvement, ana aia iix

WHEREAS said Ordinance was duly
posted and published as required by
the Charter of the City. And
WHEREAS a meeting ot tne council
was held at the time and place fixed
in said Ordinance for the purpose of
considering any such protests, but no
nrntests were at sucn time, or at any
time, made to. or received by the
Council to the construction of said
improvement, or the assessing of the
cost thereof, as aforesaid, and said
Council has considered the matter and
deeming that said construction of said
imnriwement was and is of material

be benefited thereby to the extent of
