After our near disastrous fire of June 21 (but for the fine work of the Central Point
Fire Dept., our store would have been completely destroyed).
We find that our entire stock of fine furniture, carpets, and mattresses have a greater
degree of damage by water & smoke than we first thought. So in keeping with our poli
cy of 30 years to always bring you fine first quality home furnishings, we have de
cided to offer the entire $60,000.00 of stock at greatly reduced prices, and will restock
with entirely new merchandise.
Most of this damaged stock is basically as good as new, e x c e p t for water stain,
smoke smell, scratches, mars and dust caused by the fire.
This sale will be a bona fide fire damage sale, and every article will have the regular ori
ginal price tag, with the sale tag attached. We will reduce the regular price accord
ing to damage and condition, some as much as 50 discount.
Nothing reserved everything in the store offered at greatly reduced prices. Every
article will be sold as is, with no refunds- no returns. We will show you the actual
damage you be the judge of the reduced price.
