ber marked or designated for cutting
and all merchantable dead timber
located on an area embracing about
80 acres within Section 17. T. 35 S., R.
3 E., W.M., owned by the City of
Medford Water Commission, estimated
to be 750 M board feet more or less
of Douglas-fir and all pine species, and
300 M board feet more or less of white
fir and other species. No bid of less
than $16.45 per M board feet for Douglas-fir
and all pine species, and $5.45

addition to the prices bid tor stump
age, a deposit of $0.95 per M board
feet for the total cut of timber under

of Oregon. Washington, and Califor
nia, executed by the Secretary of
Agriculture of the United States and
now in effect, will be held at 1:30
o'clock p.m. on the 20th day of May.
