NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
NORTH AMERICAN WEATHER CON
SULTANTS OF OREGON. 2420 North
Lake Avenue, Altadena, , California,
on behalf of Jackson County Wea
ther, Inc.. Medford, Oregon, will con
duct a weather modification program
using silver iodide ground generators
to increase the rainfall in the area
bounded by a line starting at Butte
Falls, east to Pelican Butte, then
south through Pinehurst to an inter
section of the Oregon-California state
line, then west along the state line,
to an interesection due south of Ap
plegate, then due north to Apple
gate, then through Gold Hill to an
intersection due west of Butte Falls,
then due east to Butte Falls.
The area which will be affected, as
near as the same may be determined
in advance, is the same as above.
The operations will be conducted
during the period from about April
15, 1955 to June 15. 1955.
