Grace won it was the greatest
anti-climax. The NBC fellows

to come in, from Texas, Georgia,
New York, every place. Then
the wires started. Some seemed
to be angry and expected I
would be upset. But I didn't
feel too badly. I really hadn't
planned on winning. I was busy
thinking about my baby. He

Vacation in Georgia
Washington (U.R) Presi
dent Eisenhower flies south to
day for his annual spring golfing
vacation in Georgia while his
wife stays behind to finish deco
rating their new Gettysburg,
Pa., home.
The President was scheduled
to stop at Charleston, S.C., to
receive an honorary degree at
The Citadel, and reach Augusta
in time for an afternoon round
of golf.
Mrs. Eisenhower usually has
accompanied the President on
the spring trip. She gave it up
this year to stay at Gettysburg,
and supervise the furnishing and
landscaping of their new home.
Although accompanied o-Jy
by a small staff, the President
intends to do some work on his
vacation.
