Dog Control Law
At EP in Effect
Eagle Point The Eagle Point
city council has served notice on
local residents that the city's
dog control ordinance "is now in
effect.
Dogs without identification
will be impounded, according to
city officials. They stated that
all dogs should be kept tied dur
ing the next three months, as
gardening season has started.
The Eagle Point city recorder
has been authorized to notify log
truckers that the city is request
ing that they use the county
road instead of Main st. The
council declared that no fund3
are available for repair and
maintenance of Main st.
City water now is available to
subdivisions, city officials said.
Thev noted that they will meet
with any property owners inter
ested in obtaining use 01 cuy
water for a subdivision.
