THE "Y" AND THE FAMILY! The YMCA feels a strong responsibility
to the family group and is offering activities which we hope will draw the
whole group or parts of it down to the "Y" together. We hope that your
family will participate together in some of these activities. If you have any
ideas how we can better serve your family, please let your professional staff
know.
FAMILY SWIMMING Each Monday ond Friday night, 7:00 - 9:30 p.m.
; is Family Swim. Qualified Life Guard - but parents must be in the
building for this.
FATHER AND SON SWIMS 5:15 to 7:00 p.m. daily the YMCA Pool is
open for fathers who want to bring their sons swimming - and SATUR
DAYS - 5:00 to 9:30 p.m. ,
MOTHER AND DAUGHTER SWIMS At present theTse are to be worked
in only as a part of family night and, on SATURDAY evenings. ,
MOTHER AND TOTS SWIMMING Ages 3 to 7 - Boys or Girls.
'' ' Now meeting Tuesday and Thursday 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. - mothers
must be in Pool. Also Tuesday and Thursdays at 10:00. a.m. - Septem

FAMILY POT LUCK DINNERS AND ENTERTAINMENT The 3rd Friday
of each month - 6:30 p.m. Everyone welcome. Amateur talent - one
act plays - singing - games - demonstrations - folk dancing.
CLASS IN FAMILY RECREATION A study group for both husband and
wife to discover and exchange some of the problems and successes in
"FAMILY RECREATION." The group will meet as soon as 10 couples
sign up to take part. Fiye sessions, one each week, 7:30 - 9:00 (time
adjustable). The text will be: "The Family Fun Book," by Helen and
Larry Eisenberg.
FATHER AND SON INDIAN GUIDES A special program for Boys 6, 7
and 8 and their dads based on Indian Lore - with club program meets
twice a month, 7:00 to 8:30. p.m. in homes., ..
FAMILY CAMMING At Diamond Lake YMCA Camp boating - swimming
- fishing on weekends before and after Boys Camp. 50c per person
