Mrs. Camp, who has been liv
ing in Sonoma, Calif., surrend
ered voluntarily yesterday, but
was released a short time later.
Her husband, Donald Camp,
27, operated the Progressive
Transport System with head
quarters in Coeur d'Alene, Ida.
He was arrested on a similar
-'charge in Santa Rosa, Calif.,
Dec. 8.
The FBI said Camp admitted
stealing 13 tractor and trailer
