sion does not expect the pro
posed new terminal at Portland
international airport to be com
pleted before 1958.

day, said estimate of the distant
completion date was brought
about by legal delays in connec
tion with leasing terminal space
to airlines, and the time re
quired for surveys and con
struction plans.
