School District No. 9. Jackson Coun
ty, located in the High School Build
ing at Eagle Point. Oregon, for the
erection of a six-classroom addition to
the present Elementary School. They
will be opened and publicly read.
Bids are for the General Work
which includes all mechanical instal
lations. The building will be one-story
in height, of cement block construc
tion, and will cover a ground area of
approximately 8.544 sq. ft.

ding, bidders must qualify prior to

Diaoer upon receipt of the Plans in
good condition.
The suci-essiul bidder will be re
quired to furnish a Suretv Company
Bond in full amount of the Contract
price, and he shall be required to
carry Public Liabilitv Insuranca as
specified.
A bidder-s bond or certified check
in amount equal to five per cent (S)
of the lump sum bid must accompany
the bid as a guarantee for the execu
tion of the contract and the bonds, in
case the contract is awarded to the
bidder.
