tenements, hereditaments and appur
tenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining, free and clear
from any and all claims of the de
fendants and all parties claiming in,
under, by or through them, and that
each and all of the defendant herein.
Including all other persons or parties
unknown, claiming right, title, estate,
lien or Interest in the real property
described herein, be forever barred,
enjoined and restrained from assert
ing or attempting to assert any claim

that the title to said premises be for
