Point Bethel of Job's Daughters
at installation ceremonies in the
Masonic temple here Thursday
evening.

Following installation cere
monies, Miss Lucile Harnish, ac
companied by Miss Patsy Faber,
sang. The choir gave a pansy ad
dendum in honor of Miss Jewett
and presented her lavender and
white flowers. The bethel's col
ors, purple and white, were car
ried out with baskets of flowers.
Initials of the new queen were
outlined on the walls with flow
ers. Miss Esther Snook and Miss
Nancy Mallon assisted by Mrs.
Orville Hamilton, were in
charge of bethel room decora
tions. The dining room was decorat
ed with metallic pansies in two
shades of lavender on the walls.
Bowls of pansies were placed on
the ledges.
Mrs. Lawrence Smith arrang
ed dining room decorations and
Mrs. Howard Jewett arranged
the serving table.
Pansy favors with pictures of
the new queen were given each
guest. These were designed by
Caroline Freeland who was as
sisted by Marion Smith, Lucile
Harnish and Donna Nealon.
Miss Freeman, the retiring
queen, a daughter of ,Mr. and
Mrs. Leonard Freeman, was hon
ored by the bethel at a banquet
in Rogue Valley Country club
preceding installation. Pink
sweet peas in crystal bowls cen
tered the tables. Pink wax nut
cups on gold leaves and pink
books lettered In gold further
carried out Miss Freeman's in
stallation colors. About 75
guests attended.
